The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomfans have made countless weaponized Ultrahand creations so far, including a threatening Iron Man-like mech. InBreath of the Wild, players came up with impressive creations using only the Magnesis rune. However,Tears of the Kingdomhas no runs, and instead, players have to rely on new abilities. Although some of them can be used in similar ways, the abilities inTears of the Kingdomare overall much more versatile, which allows gamers to explore their creativity to the maximum.
Ultrahand seems to be theTears of the Kingdomabilitythat gamers have been most enthusiastic about ever since the game was released. In a way, Ultrahand and Magnesis are quite similar since they allow Link to freely move objects. However, Magnesis only worked on metallic objects, whereas Ultrahand works on nearly any object in the game. Additionally, players can use Ultrahand to attach items to one another, making it possible to build all sorts of battery-powered contraptions and machines using Zonai devices.

Mechs are one of the most popular builds amongTears of the Kingdomplayers. They’re an effective way to take down powerful enemies without even having to directly fight them. Players have come up with some extremely creative mech ideas over the past few weeks. For example, not long ago, a member of the Hyrule Engineering subreddit created aGleeok-inspired mech with three heads. Recently, divlogue, a member of the same subreddit, shared an Iron Man-inspired mech. This impressive machine looks just like Tony Stark’s Hulkbuster Iron Man suit; it even has a light source in its chest area.
The Iron Man mech works automatically, so it can fight alongside the player. It’s quite fast thanks to the springs, stabilizers, and wheels that work as its legs, so it’ll never fall behind. On top of this, there is also an empty area in its chest made especially for Link. When inside Link can control the mech using theSteering Stick Zonai devicewhile remaining protected by the vertical sled covering it.
TheTears of the Kingdomcommunity has found several different ways to createweaponized Ultrahand machines, and as players get more time with the game, they will surely continue to come up with progressively more imaginative ideas for possible builds. It’ll be interesting to see what else fans will be able to create as more techniques are discovered.
