Summary
OneThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomplayer combined a few monster parts and Zonai devices to build a brutal guillotine. Outside its fantasy world ruled by monstrous creatures,Tears of the Kingdomprovides players with plenty of ways to make a vehicleor a cozy home where they can store their items for later stages of the game. With Link’s Ultrahand ability, players can even assemble lethal weapons and self-defense tools to use in combat.
As players move throughTears of the Kingdom’s Hyrule, they will encounter a lineup of enemies that offer them a real combat challenge. As inBreath of the Wild, the majority of these enemies drop rare items, which can be used to make elixirs and sold to merchants to gain in-game credits. In addition to regular mobs, there are formidable bosses hiding out in Hyrule, such as Marbled Gohma and Colgera. All bosses inTears of the Kingdomvary in difficulty and have different movesets that can be hard to read.

Reddit user Ddoodles_ has built a functional guillotine to execute smaller enemies inTears of the Kingdom. It looks like they glued six Zonai carts and three railings together to make this lethal weapon, which eliminates the Bokoblin instantly. There are vertical beams that hold and release the railing powered by the Shard of Naydra’s Horn, a winged blade players can get by hittingTears of the Kingdom’s Naydra dragonin the mouth. According to the original poster, getting the Bokoblin’s head into the small space between two carts was strenuous, as the enemy struggled not to become a victim.
The main component of this machine is the Shard of Naydra’s Horn, a glowing blade that slides vertically to behead enemies. It’s one of the rarest items inTears of the Kingdom, allowing players to make destructive weapons and upgrade their armor set. Railings and Zonai carts, on the other hand, form the basis of the guillotine that keeps the victim under the blade.
Tears of the Kingdomcaters to players' wishes for an open-world game, giving them the freedom to do whatever they like in the world. They can either combine Zonai devices to assemble a vehicle or glue monster parts to their weapon to blow up enemies. Though players have to do some story progression, they are free to try different activities, such as hunting down dragons and completing shrines, whenever they want.
