Master The Vampire and Werewolf Skill Trees
MostSkyrimplayers have probably already experimented with becoming awerewolf or vampire inThe Elder Scrolls. Gameplay is richer for having the option to go full werewolf or vampire. While both come with unique skill trees and perks, it is deceptively hard to master either class, let alone both. In fact, there are 11 available werewolf perks for players to receive, but it is difficult to fight as a werewolf to begin with. Since the “Werewolf Mastered” achievement can only be received through earning those perks, the achievement requires a lot of grinding.
The “Vampire Mastered” perk comes with similar complications that make this achievement rare in theSkyrimcommunity. Although most players opt to become a vampire over a werewolf due to the comparatively more powerful boost in fighting ability, there are some significant consequences ofbeing a vampire inSkyrimfull-time. Players have to grind in their vampire form to max out all the perks available, and they have to fight the sunlight and feed on blood to survive. Add this to the perils already on the menu, and the Dragonborn’s got quite a bit on their plate.

Get The “Golden Touch” By Earning 100k Gold
WhileSkyrimis iconic for being jam-packed with items, most of them aren’t worth much. Most first-time players find this out after stuffing their inventory with bread, candles, and plates. The “Golden Touch” achievement is built for players who like to sell, as it can only be completed when players have 100,000 gold pieces in their inventory. While this seems easy on paper, it is actually very difficult to amass a large sum of money through the game, especially when buying new gear, crafting using rare materials, andbuying every available home inSkyrim.
While some players have completed this achievement using cheats or exploiting bugs, it could be fulfilling to earn the money by grinding through the game and earning the money organically. Ways to make some extra gold include only using equipment found on quests and in dungeons, and to sell all unnecessary equipment and items that aren’t immediately useful. Other players have sold dragon bones, gained gold throughDark Brotherhood assassinations, and crafted rare items that could be sold for more than the cost to make them.

Find All The Dragon Shouts To Become Thu’um Master
Dragon shouts are a core gameplay mechanic inSkyrim.Part of the challenge of using the ancientThu’umis that the Dragonborn has to track down each word of power before they can use its maximum power. Given that over twenty dragon shouts are available in the base game – and only a few of them are found through the main quest line – players will inevitably spend hours finding each one. One upside of the “Thu’um Master” achievement is that players only have to find one word of each shout to complete the challenge.
Once players have completed the first arc of the main quest line and unlocked their first shout, they can use adragon shout location guideor ask if any NPCs have heard rumors of a word of power in the area. Once they have found the information from other Skyrim citizens or in books, the location of the word of power will appear on their map. Most words of power are located at the end of dungeons and cannot be unlocked until absorbing the power of the dragon shout.

One of the unique aspects ofSkyrimis the sheer amount of in-game lore that is discoverable by players. With over337 pieces of text available throughSkyrimbooks, a wealth of knowledge is waiting to be discovered. Unfortunately, this makes the “Reader” achievement exceptionally difficult to achieve. This achievement requires players to read all the skill books available in the base game. Given that there are five skill books for each of the eighteen available skills, that means there are around ninety books to be found.
The most difficult aspect is that skill books look like any old book inSkyrim. While there is no quick fix to finding all the books, there are mods that aid players in finding books that they haven’t read. The most common way to find skill books is to venture out into dungeons and find theSkyrimbooks worth reading. Most dungeons will have at least one skill book and are valued at around 50 gold. The nice thing about skill books is that some have titles relating to the skill they level up and only need to be read.
