Darin Tyrone Harris, also known as DHavenShadow on YouTube, reportedly stole several copies of the game from his place of work and proceeded to share footage online. He then posted a short review video in which he revealed his face and praised the game. The exact circumstances that led to his arrest are unknown, but he is facing three charges as of writing: theft of property $1000 or less, theft of property $2500 - $10,000, and possession of marijuana, which is a controlled substance in the state of Tennessee. It is unknown whether Microsoft or Bethesda will pursue legal action against the leaker at this time.
