It’s these small details that only one percent of players will ever see that make all the difference to the overall attention to detail. It’s certainly a game that people will be playing for years to come, and it’s exciting to think what players might uncover hidden away by developer Respawn.

The incredible detail was noticed by gatewayfromme44 on Reddit, who noticed that a tune played by protagonist Cal Kestis in the originalStar Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, has some incredible similarities to Cere’s theme in the sequel.Cere inStar Wars Jedi: Survivoris one of the fan-favorite characters to return, and it’s perfect that she finally got a theme of her own. Others in the thread pointed out that parts of the theme were actually featured in the original game, and only were attributed to Cere’s character in the more recent title.
It could go even deeper than this. Another player in the thread noticed that similar notes are featured in theDestiny 2score, on a track called Savathun’s Song. Interestingly, Savathun and Cere are both portrayed by actress Debra Wilson. Given thelevel of detail featured inStar Wars Jedi: Survivor, it wouldn’t be a surprise to discover that this was an intentional choice. Players will likely never know for sure. If it’s a coincidence, there’s no doubt that it’s an extremely lucky one regardless.
While it’s great to see all of these details emerging from the game, it’s important to remember the state of the game on PC. For many, the game remains unplayable with low frame rates even on powerhouse systems. EA has already releasedpatch 4 forStar Wars Jedi: Survivor, with boosts to performance on PC, but it still hasn’t solved many of the issues that players are having in the game. Hopefully, EA and Respawn remain committed to fixing the game. Those who can play adore everything it has to offer as an incredible iteration overStar Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, but right now there are just too many who are unable to experience it at its full potential.
