Is The Blacktail Worth It?
Though the Blacktail isn’t as powerful as the Red9, it is an extremely balanced handgun that offers some pretty valuable benefits overall. This, combined with its size, makes it an ideal weapon to keep in Leon’s Attaché Case at all times.
Though the Red9 handgun is the more powerful weapon, the Blacktail outshines it with its fully enhanced Reload Speed and Rate of Fire. Even though it can’t hold as many bullets as other handguns, the speed at which it can be reloaded makes up for it.
