In this case, Raiden Shogun has been through many new artifact sets and characters, especially the Dendro units. For that, Raiden Shogun’s most optimal team will change to fit more into the current meta, and more pairs will be added to enhance her gameplay, keeping in mind all the roles she can play in a team.
4Raiden Shogun + Xilonen + Kujou Sara + Kazuha
Playing Ei as a hyper carry is totallyviable and justifiable because her Elemental Burstcan deal a lot of DMG, especially if it’s C2 Raiden Shogun. There’s an army of supports that can greatly enhance Raiden’s burst DMG, such as Xilonen, Kujou Sara, Furina, Kazuha, and Bennett. In this Raiden Shogun team, there are no serious reactions besides the Electro Swirl reaction triggered by Kazuha to reduce enemies’ resistance to Electro DMG. Xilonen further shreds enemies’ resistance with her Elemental Skill, and can also buff Raiden if she has her Signature Weapon.
On the other hand, Kazuha, Sara, and Xilonen all possess buffs that would take Raiden’s Elemental Burst’s DMG to the next level.The best part is that the Electro Archonwill refill all their Elemental Burst when she casts hers. This notably improves the team’s rotation and synergy.

3Raiden Shogun + Zhongli + Nahida + Kujou Sara
Using buffers to enhance the Electro Archon’s DMG is good, but players can also useDendro reactions inGenshin Impact. Nahida is an amazing Dendro enabler who can match Raiden’s Electro application. This allows both units to endlessly trigger the Quicken reaction. After that, both Nahida and Raiden Shogun will take turns to trigger their Spread and Aggravate reactions, respectively.
While Nahida and Raiden Shogun are enjoying their synergy together, players can add Zhongli and Kujou Sara to further enhance Raiden Shogun. Zhongli can offer protection by shielding Raiden during her Elemental Burst state. However, players can easily switch him out with one of the other supports, likeXilonen inGenshin Impact.
2Raiden Shogun + Yelan + Nahida + Xilonen
Since Electro is an amazing Element to pair with Dendro, players will notice thatDendro units inGenshin Impactare always one of the best characters to add to the Electro Archon’s teams. It increases Raiden’s chances of inflicting high DMG through the Aggravate reactions. However, in this Raiden team, Yelan will provide off-field Hydro DMG, expanding this team’s reactions to include the Hyperbloom and Electro-Charged Elemental reactions.
Since there’s more than one character who can deal DMG in this team, it’s a good idea to add Xilonen to work with them all, especially Raiden Shogun. Xilonen brings extra sustainability to the team on top of her utility, which makes any DPS like Raiden Shogun shine during combat.
1Raiden Shogun + Neuvillette + Nahida + Furina
For this team, Neuvillette is the main DPS while the Electro Archon takes the Sub-DPS role. Every character in this team is a strong enabler who can continuously apply their Elements, which creates a chance to assemble a strongHyperbloom team inGenshin Impact. Additionally, Nahida will greatly buff the DMG of each Hyperbloom while dealing a lot of Spread DMG herself.
Since Neuvillette andFurina’s Hydro will keep takingthe Quicken effect off enemies, it’s better to build Raiden Shogun on Flower of Paradise Lost and maximize her Elemental Mastery to fully take advantage of Hyperbloom DMG. Do the same for Nahida and focus her utility to debuff enemies to Dendro DMG by building her with the Deepwood Memories set.
