One fan has even made their own concept for whatPokemon Black 3andWhite 3could look like in a future release, featuring a new legendary.

The art, which was posted by Reddit user xXMisterDiscoXx, features two separatePokemongames for players to choose from. TheBlack 3legendary having a fiery aesthetic while theWhite 3Pokemon has lightning running over its body. This likely indicates the type differences between the legendaries in the originalPokemon BlackandWhitegames. The artist explains further in the post that their inspiration for theBlack 3andWhite 3legendaries came from combining Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem together, creating the original dragon Pokemon that once roamed Unova.
Fans speculating on the potential forBlack 3andWhite 3believe that it could be a prequel to theBlackandWhitePokemongames as much as it could be a sequel. WithPokemon Legends: Arceusletting players experience the beginnings of the Sinnoh region, manyPokemonfans think that anotherLegends-type game is in the works or being planned. There are a few possible locations for where anotherPokemon Legendsgame could take place, but with the lore around Unova’s legendary Pokemon, it seems as good a setting as any.
BlackandWhite3D remakes orPokemon Legendsgame set in the Unova region are likely some years away even if they’re being planned at all. In the meantime, GameFreak’s focus seems entirely onPokemon Scarlet and Violet. However, some fans believe that there could be somesimilarities between the Gen 5 and Gen 9Pokemongames.
