AlthoughArmored Core 6: Fires of Rubiconis known for being a third-person mech game filled with intense and fast-paced combat, players also spend a lot of time in the garage. Once players complete the mission titled “Illegal Entry” at the beginning of the game, they’ll be able to customize the look and feel of their mech. This includes the four main parts of the body (the head, core, arms, and legs), the weapons attached to the mech, and the emblems and decals that decorate the mech. Creative players can take these customization options and design some truly impressive-looking mechs.

Reddit user toonlonk7 took thecustomization options offered inArmored Core 6to the next level by designing a mech that looks like D.Va fromOverwatch 2. The mech itself is hot pink/purple, which is D.Va’s trademark color. In the middle of the mech is a green area that simulates the cockpit of D.Va’s mech. One of the images in the slideshow posted by toonlonk7 shows their customized mech using its boosters, which is one of D.Va’s signature moves. According to toonlonk7, these boosters make the mech actually feel like D.Va does inOverwatch 2. For players interested in their own D.Va mech inArmored Core 6, toonlonk7 also added the PlayStation share ID, which is FR50VQ2RVKY8.
When it comes tocustomizing mechs inArmored Core 6, D.Va fromOverwatch 2is one of the most natural choices to make, as the character already has a mech. D.Va is one of the most popular characters in theOverwatchseries for a variety of reasons. For one, D.Va is a gamer herself, making it easy for other gamers to connect with her. D.Va’s playstyle revolves around the mobility of her boosters, allowing her to fly around the map, land on a target and take them out with her Fusion Cannons and Micro Missiles. Plus, if she takes enough damage, she’ll jump out of the mech and let it self-destruct in the enemy’s face.
In the comments for the post, toonlonk7 confirmed that they didn’t equip shotguns to the mech because of the slow fire rate, opting for the burst SMGs instead. Most of the comments were praising thisincredibly epicArmored Core 6mech design, with some commenters leaving D.Va’s catchphrase, “Nerf this!”
Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubiconis available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
