Yusuf Khan is the father of Kamala Khan. His portrayal usually shows him as someone who is overly protective of his daughter while working a day job at a bank. In most portrayals, he doesn’t know about his daughter’s secret identity, but it’s unclear howtheMs. Marvelserieswill handle his role. Kapur responded to another user on Twitter in regards to when fans can see the series, saying, “June July Inshallah” (Inshallah means ‘if Allah wills it’). So, hopefully, fans don’t have to wait too much longer, especially since Marvel Studios has been slightly altering the dates of its upcoming films.

Inthe recentAvengersvideo game from Square Enix, Khan was the main character and fans saw her manipulate her hands/arms at will. She turned her hands into hammer fists, swinging around at many foes, and stretched her legs across big gaps to travel far distances. Her father didn’t play a big role in a game like this because he obviously isn’t the one with superpowers. However, he may show up in theMs. Marvelseries as an impactful familial figure to Kamala, similar to the relationship between Aunt May and Peter Parker.

Kamala Khan is also amember of the Young Avengers, so when Marvel Studios ends up doing that live-action project with the team, fans should expect her to join the other young heroes that Marvel has been setting up with the recent Disney Plus shows, as well as the theatrical movie releases. The upcomingCaptain Marvelsequel titledThe Marvelswill feature Khan, and it will be cool to see her meet up with Carol Danvers and Monica Rambeau.

Hopefully, these new heroes are able to take the spot of the older cast while introducing the world to a very compelling group of heroes.Teen Titanson the DC comic book sidehas often done very well, so here’s hoping that Marvel Studios' try at the young hero formula holds up when they bring it to the fans of the long-running movie franchise.
