The past week was full ofamazingMinecraftcreations, showcasing players' creative abilities. However, a new creation has risen up to the challenge, standing among this week’sMinecraftcreations as perhaps one of the most impressive.

Minecraftplayers love referencing showsor movies in their work, and the structure in question is another example of this trend, as Reddit user SapphireCrafty managed to create a massive replica of Tony Stark’s mansion fromIron Man 3. SapphireCrafty posted the mansion to Reddit in a gallery consisting of a day and night view of the gargantuan structure.
Though it is not quite asphotorealistic as aMinecraftcity, the attention to detail in the mansion is quite accurate, as the replica includes the massive ship docked nearby, the helipad and helicopter, and the swimming pool. The circular shapes seen in the movie mansion are captured incredibly well, especially considering how hard it can be to capture smooth edges inMinecraft’s blocky style. Zooming in on the mansion, one can see that SapphireCrafty even added glass railings to the balconies of the mansion, further showing their attention to detail.
Reddit users were blown away by the replica, congratulating SapphireCrafty for their efforts. One user stated the replica blew their mind, and that it came out absolutely amazing. Another user said the replica was one of the best remakes of something from the Marvel universe they had ever seen. Other users cracked jokes about how the replica should include some helicopters, soldiers, and TNT to reference the attack that destroyed the mansion in the movie. Perhaps SapphireCrafty could even use someterrifyingMinecraftcreepersin place of the soldiers and TNT.
Regardless of revisions or additions, SapphireCrafty’s mansion is an unbelievably beautiful work of art. The attention to detail is evident throughout the replica, showing how much effort was put in to create it. The mansion looks great during the day, but perhaps is even more beautiful at night due to the perfect lighting. In a week chock-full ofMinecraftcreations, SapphireCrafty’sIron Man 3mansion may stand above the rest as the coolest and largest creation so far.
