The New York Post has reported thatTwitchstreamer Kai is potentially facing dual charges related to sparking a riot and an unlawful gathering, as per NYPD’s Jeffrey Maddrey’s statements in a press conference. Maddrey also revealed that arrests were made, totaling 65 individuals, of whom 30 were underage.
