Quick Links
There are countless monsters inTears of the Kingdom, and each species have variants. The weakest variants are red/orange while the strongest are silver. A silver monster will have over 500HP and powerful weapons. Despite their strength, the silver variants can’t be encountered until some progress has been made in the “Regional Phenomena” main quest.
Silver Bokoblins are the strongest variant of the Bokoblin species inTears of the Kingdom. Defeating them causes them to drop Bokoblin Fangs as well as aSilver Bokoblin Horn. This monster part can be fused to create a powerful melee weapon, but there are also several armor pieces that require Silver Bokoblin Horns for upgrading.

Where to Find Silver Bokoblins
Silver Bokoblins can be found at just about every monster camp in Hyrule. There are some located in Hyrule Field (near the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower), near Lurelin Village, and just about anywhere. The catch is thatSilverBokoblins won’t appear until players havecompletedthree of the “Regional Phenomena” main quests. Because of their difficulty, Silver Bokoblins (and by extension: Silver Monsters) will crop up when players have more hours of gameplay inTears of the Kingdom.
There’s a Bokoblin camp of two Red Bokoblins and one Silver Bokoblin (after three “Regional Phenomena” quests) on Hebra Mountain at-3194, 2557, 0457. When searching the Hebra Mountains, players will needcold-resistant armor. Another way to combat the cold is to equip a melee weapon or shield fused with aRubyor anIgneo Talus Heart.

Players can also find Silver Bokoblins mining Zonaite in The Depths. Be careful when farming the horns from these Silver Bokoblins, astheir attacks deal gloom damage. Effects from gloom can be recovered by eating meals that are cooked with Sundelions. Activating Lightroots in The Depths will also restore any of the hearts that Link may have lost.
