A huge leak fromHonkai: Star Railhas revealed character models for more than 10 characters planned to be added to the game throughout future updates. Thenewest RPG fromGenshin Impactdeveloper HoYoverseofficially launched earlier this week to massive excitement from the fanbase. The game was already topping the charts days before its official launch following a massively successful pre-release campaign that saw the game rack up over 10 million pre-registered users. Now, fans are getting an early taste of what’s in store for the game’s early updates.

Much like its predecessor inGenshin Impact,Honkai: Star Railhas already seen multiple leaks about future content just days after its launch. Updates from the game have given teasers about the lineup of characters set to be introduced to the game through Version 1.3, including popular characters like Silver Wolf and Kafka already in the game’s story.Star Rail’s closed beta content has also given an idea of some characters HoYoverse will eventually bring to the full game. Now, new leaks have revealed several upcoming characters' in-game appearances.

A post shared by prominentHoYoverse leaker Tao has revealed models for twelve charactersset to appear inHonkai: Star Rail. While names are not given to many of the characters featured in the leak, some have already been teased by both leakers and HoYoverse itself.The rumored “Dan Heng IL"appears within the post, previously teased as an alternate version of starter character Dan Heng coming in Version 1.3. Fu Xuan, set to release in the same patch, is also included with a full character model in the post.

The new batch of character models will look to join a roster that already boasts more than 20 playable characters with more on the way.Honkai: Star Raillaunched with a playable roster of 22 playable characters with the Trailblazer having two elemental variants. Jing Yuan is set to join the playable roster next month as the 23rd characterwhen Seele’s banner ends. Future patches of the game are reportedly set to feature multiple new characters joining the game with Versions 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 each bringing two new roster members.

Honkai: Star Railalready appears to be capitalizing on its pre-release success with the game’s launch boasting similarly lofty numbers. HoYoverse would reveal thatthe RPG had passed 20 million downloadswithin less than 48 hours following its release.Star Rail’s highly successful debut reportedly even surpassed that of the developer’s previous breakout hit inGenshin Impact. HoYoverse will look to build on the high launch numbers forHonkai: Star Railand replicate the success the developer saw withGenshin Impact.
