Before being able to approach the Dark Fog in the Underground Chasm,Genshin Impactplayers have to ring the two bells on either side of the ruins. Based on the Fatuus' Journal, ringing the bells will dissipate the fog as it announces someone’s arrival.
Later, this proves to be true as a Pyro and Electro Abyss Lector will appear. The Pyro one is best countered with Hydro. Meanwhile, the Electro Lector is best countered with Pyro or Cryo. How To Ring The Two Bells On Either Side Of The Ruins In Genshin Impact
After unlockingthe fourth part of the Underground Chasm map inGenshin Impact, players have to ring the two bells on either side of the ruins. The location of the bells are marked on the map, but there’s a small puzzle that needs to be solved before people can ring the bell.
How To Ring The First Bell On One Side Of The Ruin In Genshin Impact
The first bell is the one located northwest of Nameless Ruins. Once Travelers reach the area, find a lamp around the ruin. Ifplayers have energy on theirGenshin ImpactLumenstone Adjuvant, the lamp will light up and activate a wind current.
Glide up the wind and find a Pyro Abyss Mage dancing around some Dark Mud. To make the next job easier, it’s highly recommended to defeat the enemy first.
To be able to ring the bell, Travelers have to first destroy some pink nodes around the mud. Doing so willclear theGenshin ImpactDark Mudand unseal the devices. Once all the devices are unsealed, two Shadowy Husks will appear.
After the enemies are defeated, players can finally ring one of the two bells on one side of the ruins. To ring the bell, Travelers have to hit it with an eligible attack. For example, these methods will work:
How To Ring The Second Bell On The Other Side Of The Ruin In Genshin Impact
For the second bell, go to the location southeast of the Nameless Ruins. There will be a Ruin Grader guarding the bridge. Once the automaton is destroyed, players can enter the ruin using stairs on either side.
If Travelers turn left and follow the stairs, they will eventually see a lamp and a Seelie. Follow it to find another Seelie and some Dark Mud. It is highly crucial to clear the mud, as it will reveal a hidden lamp.
Now, players have to ensure all the lamps in the area are lit. To do so, they have to make one Seelie stay near the hidden lamp, while the other one stays near the first lamp.
Next, find an unlit lamp and walk closer to it. Successfully doing this task willcause aGenshin ImpactPrecious Chest to spawn. Opening the chest will release a wind current and another Seelie.
Follow the wind current up and light up the lamp across the Seelie. This will unseal the mechanism and allow Travelers to enter the gate.
Keep following the Seelie to find some more Dark Mud and another Ruin Grader. The second bell is hidden behind the enemy.
