AGenshin Impactfan creates an interesting concept that recreates Cryo user Mika as a fully fledged adult. Hailing from the Mondstadt region, Mika is one of the latest additions toGenshin Impact’splayable roster of characters.

This past September, Mika first appeared as an NPC in the “Of Ballads and Brews” event during the duration ofGenshin Impactversion 3.1. Mika is the younger brother of Hoffman and a knight that currently serves a front-line surveyor for Eula’s Reconnaissance Company. Despite his timid nature and young age, Mika is mature and carries out his duties as a knight in earnest. The character was also shown read a letter from Grand Master Varka, the absent leader of the Knights of Favonius. Amber and Eula would speak with the Traveler about Mika, but the character would not appear withinGenshin Impactagain until the release of the 3.5. update on March 1.

Reddit user and artist Majunjuu completed fan art of Mika, which depicts the character ten years into the future as an adult. The adult version of Mika is much taller than his older brother Huffman, and the concept artwork shows Mika apologizing for his growth spurt over the years. Additionally, Mika is wearing a Reconnaissance Company uniform that is appropriate for combat if stealth is no longer an option.Mika’s current attire inGenshin Impactwas designed for scouting and expeditions.

Majunjuu’sGenshin Impactconcept art takes some inspiration from chickens and roosters since Mika’s golden hair has red accents. Majunjuu compares the current Mika to a young chicken, whereas the adult version of Mika is a rooster. Further, Mika’s adult design is seemingly inspired by other male characters inGenshin Impactsuch as Kamisato Ayato, Childe, and Kaveh as well.

Although adult versions of existing characters are unlikely to appear withinGenshin Impact, the fan community continues to create intriguing concepts. In this case, the older Mika may have already achieved some of the goals he once shared with the Traveler and Paimon in Mondstadt. Likethe Traveler inGenshin Impact, Mika wants to explore all the regions in Teyvat.

The Traveler’s own journey across Teyvat is far from over inGenshin Impact, and players will have even more characters to wish for in the 3.6 update.Genshin Impactversion 3.6is expected to launch this April with playable characters Baizhu and Kaveh, new events, new quests, and much more.

Genshin Impactis available now for Android, iOS, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Nintendo Switch version is in development with no confirmed release date.
