The Story Mission in Chapter 15 of Fire Emblem Engage

At the beginning of thisFire Emblem Engagechapter, players will see a cutscene with another recruitable unit named Seadall. He is a dancer unit blessed with the Emblem Ring of Corrin, and he is in some deep trouble. Without the help of the Divine Dragon and friends, he probably won’t survive the Corrupted that have come for him. There are a handful of things to keep track of while fighting this battle.

Corrin has similar effect to Roy that reverses theFire Emblemweapon triangle. Another of Corrin’s powers allows Qi adepts, like Seadall, to have an Obstruct-type special effected called Dragon Vein; this clears away miasma tiles. When Engaged, Corrin can prevent target foes and all foes within 1 space from moving for a full turn. The Engage attack three spaces in a line, turning them into water spaces that reduce Avoidance by 30 when standing in them.

At the beginning of the fight, if theFire Emblem Engageenemies called the Corruptedcan’t reach a player’s allied units, they will start trying to break down the walls to kill Seadall. Once Alear speaks to him, the locked doors on the left side of the screen will open up and reveal a slew of new enemies. There are stairs and more miasma; clear these away and break down the door to the next hidden room. Units in that room will not move toward a player’s party until that door has been broken down.

Here, players will find some enemy units with silver weapons and several mages. Keep any units with low resistance out of the way of theseFire Emblem EngageMagic units, and get through the tight hallway with care. There is a hidden hallway with a treasure chest toward the very center of the map with an Energy Drop inside.

The fourth hallway will have a lot more miasma tiles and a small handful more enemies, and even more miasma. Use Corrin to clear some of the purple smoke out of the way, then use her Emblem’s powers to give other party members extra turns. In the final hallway, players will find a two-health-bar boss. There is a Talisman in the chest to the left of the boss' room. The level doesn’t end until Seadall escapes, so players can kill all the enemies before getting that last chest.
