The Blessing of High Isle set is in a bit of an odd spot, though that doesn’t necessarily make it one ofElder Scrolls Online’s worst armor sets.Introduced with theHigh IsleChapter, the eponymous Blessing of High Isle armor set is oriented towards magicka users and players who receive healing regularly.

Generally, magicka-oriented players stay away from the middle of combat and therefore don’t need to heal as often as an up-close-and-personal stamina player. Self-healing also procs its full equip bonus, though – remembering to trigger this effect as often as possible can significantly increase damage output, even in solo situations where otherESOplayers can’t heal you.

The Blessing of High Isle armor set is one oriented towards Magicka-based DPS, thougha Magicka-based tankcould also benefit from the healing buff. With two, three, and four pieces equipped players gain normal buffs to Max Magicka and Magicka Regen.
