Unfortunately, one popularCall of Dutystreamer is not allowed to participate in the tournament.

Zack “ZLaner” Lane has confirmed that longtime streamer Dr Disrespect will not be allowed to enter the Toronto UltraCall of DutyTournament. After being banned from Twitch for unknown reasons, Dr Disrespect moved over to YouTube and continues to streamWarzoneon a regular basis. Since the Toronto Ultra Tournament will be streamed live on Twitch, ZLaner believes that Dr Disrespect’s exclusion from the tournament may have to do with the platform.

Dr Disrespect has made a name for himself with an ostentatious persona with an aggressive and entertaining play style to match. Dr Disrespect is often outspoken about the state ofCall of Duty: Warzone, commenting on balance changes, and even recentlyoffering to create a Gulug map forWarzone. The last Toronto Ultra Tournament winner ZLaner often playsWarzonewith Dr Disrespect on YouTube, and has expressed his disappointment that Dr Disrespect will not be allowed in this year’s tournament.

ZLaner started a brief stream to let his fans know the bad news, explaining, “I got a message back from the organizers from Toronto Ultra and Call of Duty, they’re the ones pulling the tournament off, and they said Doc is not allowed.” After messagingDr Disrespectasking if there is anything that can be done, the Two-time champ responded with, “Unfortunately not. It’s weird that they’re not letting me play in this thing.”

Although ZLaner does not confirm thatDr Disrespect’s ban from Twitchis the reason for his absence in the tournament, the YouTube streamer believes that to be the case. It seems ZLaner intended to partner up with Dr Disrespect for theCall of Duty: Warzonetournament, but that will not be possible this year. However, ZLaner experienced incredible success with another team in the last tournament. ZLaner, along with Aydan and Huskerrs, earned a whopping 109 kills in the last two and a half hours of the tournament to win the Toronto Ultra tournament in December 2020.

The rosters for the tournament have not yet been announced, but ZLaner will be among the favorites to perform well in the tournament.
