Destiny 2’s Season 17 is launching tomorrow, and players are very excited to discover what it entails, especially seeing how secretive Bungie has been before release. Destiny 2: Season 17 Start Time
As customary with newDestiny 2releases, Bungie is planning on delivering the content for Season 17 immediately after the daily reset happening tomorrow, May 24. It’s worth mentioning that the update is going live for all platforms at the same time, and this is a list of different times for multiple time zones, to allow everyone to jump on board at the right time:

Destiny 2will undergo maintenance tomorrow at 8 AM PT, with Bungie preparing the game for patch 4.1.0. As usual, players will be removed from in-game activities and will no longer be able to join new ones starting at 8:45 AM PT, with the servers remaining offline until 10 AM PT.
The exact time window for the servers returning online may change, but Bungie will notify as much through social media or the Bungie Help page.Patch notes for Season 17will also become available there.
During this time, it will also be impossible to use third-party services and apps linked toDestiny 2, such as Destiny Item Manager or D2 Armor Picker. Regular service will reprise afterSeason 17 fully launches.
As for when the update will become available to download across all platforms, this usually varies based on the provider. Still, it can be between a minute to ten minutes after the patch is live. To help speed the process up, it may be useful to reboot the console or at least the dedicated launcher, such as Steam.
Season 17 will come with a new element rework to follow up theVoid 3.0 patch from The Witch Queen, but it’s unclear at this moment whether players will be able to use new Aspects and Fragments for the Solar or Arc subclasses. The new Season will also start a new storyline, which players will be able to follow through with weekly updates.
NewDestiny 2weapons, such as the Ritual weapon called Chain of Command, will become available on launch, and more loot will come in the form of Lost Sector-exclusive Exotics, the Season Pass, a new Dungeon, and more.
