Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s multiplayer beta is live now for PS4 owners that have pre-ordered the full game, giving fans a chance to see everything that’s changed since last month’s alpha test. Today marks the second day of theBlack Ops Cold Warbeta, and so now Treyarch has introduced some new content to the game for fans to try this weekend.

The headlining new addition to theCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warbeta is the debut of theVIP Escort mode. VIP Escort is a brand new multiplayer match type making its debut inBlack Ops Cold War, wherein one person is randomly selected to be the “VIP” of the round. The VIP’s team has to escort them to an exfiltration helicopter on the map, while the enemy team does their best to kill the VIP. Players have to work with limited lives the entire time, giving the mode some significant stakes.
