WhileAmong Uswas released in 2018, the game gained relevance shortly after the start of the pandemic. Many attributed this surge in popularity due to the title offering players a way to play with their friends at a time when many other types of social activities were restricted. While the game might not be as popular as during 2020, it remains relevant in the industry. To celebrate the continuedsuccess ofAmong Us, several collector’s editions are releasing over the coming months.
Recently, the release dates for the upcomingImposterEditionandEjectedEditionofAmong Uswere unveiled. According to Maximum Games, the purveyor of these collector’s editions, they will become available on April 19 in the US and Canada. In addition, those living in Europe, the UK, and Australia can pick them up on May 31. While these release dates are still several months away, gamers can already preorder theImpostorEditionand theEjectedEditiononline from Maximum Games. Like theCrewmateEditionthat was released in December, these collector’s editions offer some new memorabilia for fans of the series.

The first of these editions is theAmong Us: ImposterEditionfor $49.99. It includes the base game along with all theDLC items that have been releasedthus far, such as new maps, skins, and pets. In addition to in-game content, this bundle comes with a number of real-life goodies. Some highlights include an Impostor Syndrome sticker sheet, 1 of 12 Special Mira HQ Holographic Access Cards, and a folded map. In addition, there is a Purple Crewmate plush, Crewmate vs. Impostor lanyard, and a Spinning Into Space enamel spinner pin. And to top it off, it comes with a physical copy of the game in a 3D lenticular case for the platform of the customer’s choosing.
The other option for gamers is theAmong Us: Ejected Edition. Those that thought that theImpostor Editionwas expensive will be stunned to hear that this premium bundle sells for $89.99. While this price might be hard to stomach for some, it does include many exclusive pieces of memorabilia for diehard fans. This bundle features a Crewmate fleece blanket and a Red Impostor beanie. There is also a Limited EditionAmong UsSteelBook for the physical disc. Furthermore, it includes many of the collector’s items found in the other edition.
It is exciting to see new opportunities for players to show their love for their favorite games. It seems that theImpostorEditionandEjected Editionwill allowpassionateAmong Usfansto do just that when they release. However, it will be interesting to see if the higher prices of these collector’s editions prevent some from purchasing them.
