14Mystical Heirloom

Found Behind an Ice Wall in The Lake of Nine, Midgard, With the Draupnir Spear

The Mystical Heirloom serves no purpose in combat and is used mainly tofind secret bosses within the Nine Realms. If players have ever seen a statue of a troll or a dragon, they can actually be awakened by using the Mystical Heirloom next to it. There are four total bosses found with the Mystical Heirloom:

Once all four of these minibosses have been found and defeated, the Mystical Heirloom is useless.

hilt of ridill

The Runic potential of certain weapons can be useful, but it’s also not entirely necessary to get the most out of the best weapons, so the Hilt of Hrotti is best reserved for those who have a reliance on specific builds and weapon choices, so this is a relic that can be ignored for most players.

hilt of dainsleif

There are far superior relics out there, but the Hilt of Ridill isn’t too bad for those nearing the start of their adventure. It’s great for sending enemies back and stunning them thanks to the Shock damage dealt within the vicinity of activation thanks to its wave damage that electrocutes enemies, keeping them staggered for a moment of respite.

Poison can be a pretty good status effect against the hordes of the Nine Realms, but it’s not something best used for the endgame. With the Hilt of Dainsleif, players can create an explosion that leaves behind poison, but the slow damage from the poison is best left away for another more impacting relic.

hilt of tyrfing

glaive of dodher

The Hilt of Tyrfing is ahigh-risk but high-rewardrelic that will see players take away their own health to deal more damage. It’s hard to get the health back, but it’s a great idea for players who really want to capitalize on more damage against tough foes by showing off how good they are at parries, evades, and dodges to avoid losing more health.

motsognir’s call

Level 3

Throwing out Bifrost chakrams that can track enemies like missiles and cause a burst of damage is always a good thing, especially when it shoots out fast enough to aid Kratos’s attacks. Combining fast and heavy damage with Bifrost potential is a great idea for aggressive playstyles.

If enemies are overwhelming Kratos, then unleashing Motsognir’s Call to create a shockwave that will stagger those enemies away and even deal high amounts of Stun to them is a great idea. The only downside to this relic is the fact that it’s found after the main story has been completed, so with a few endgame bits left, there isn’t much to do.

hilt of forsbrandr

7,500 XP

Fighting the Raven Keeper is no easy task, but the reward is definitely worth it, as players will have a defensive relic that can help them avoid certain death by pushing enemies back and receiving an aura of protection which will see temporary invulnerability. It might be brief, but it can be just what Kratos needs to revitalize and be ready for the fight.

hilt of gram

This relic is best used when Kratos is running a tad dry on Spartan Rage and needs some to boost his damage output or his health. On top of providing a quick burst of Rage, it will also provide Stun to nearby enemies, allowing Kratos to put more pressure on themwith his fists to unleash deadly finishers.

With the Hilt of Angrvadall in Kratos’s command, the Ghost of Sparta will unleash three powerful waves of light, each dealing more damage than the last to a devastating effect. It might not be the most damaging relic out there, but it will definitely get the job done, and stagger anyone that it hits.
